Bringing Death to Life: “Death Can Wait” BTS
“...It was like a well-oiled machine”
The Death Can Wait music video gave B+B another opportunity to create a world that is both visually exceptional and seems fun as hell to be a part of. Artist Malloy James allowed B+B to bring his song to life, by way of creative director Justin “JJ” Johnson’s vision. JJ’s intent for juxtaposition not only came through the art, but was felt onset as well. Keeping the workflow going with a fun atmosphere. The B+B team filled each role to their capacity, offering support every step of the way. Malloy had this to say about the work: “I honestly didn’t really have to do anything but give my vision over to the team and then they pretty much brought that world to life… It was like a well-oiled machine.”
